On January 27 and 28, the International Marketing Trends Conference took place in Madrid. It is a congress that brought together professionals and academics of Marketing of first level of more than 40 countries, and in which through almost 200 communications presented the advances made in the matter and future trends. The Mediterrani University School, centre attached to UdG, was present with the communication ‘Quality and Customer satisfaction in the tourism sector through electronic devices: present and future’ written by the professor Josep Mª Espinet. This communication integrates three elements that define the bases and priorities of the center: marketing, tourism and technology.
