The prestigious academic publication Ámbitos, International Journal of Communication has published in its issue 57 (July 2022) the article entitled “Gender differences in the perception of reggaeton in the millennial and centennial public and in young workers in the industry” (https://revistascientificas.us.es/index.php/Ambitos/article/view/19736), written by the teachers Dr. Óscar Gutiérrez Aragón and Dr. Joan Francesc Fondevila-Gascón and the researchers of the Department of Business Marina Rovira Pérez and Amanda Rubio Álvarez, former students of the Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.

The main objective of the research carried out was to determine whether there are substantial gender differences between the millennial and centennial population in terms of their perceptions of reggaeton. The collaboration of these two alumnae with the Department of Business began in their final year of studies and highlights the importance and scope of events such as Research Day, which is held every year at Mediterrani, in order to encourage students to participate and collaborate with academic research projects that are developed at the University.
