SERGI SALVO OF LA CAIXA EXPLAINS THE BASES OF THE PROTOCOL TO MEDITERRANI’S PUPILS

On November 19 Sergi Salvó, from the Department of Relations with the Shareholders of “La Caixa “, has explained to the pupils of Mediterrani the basic lines to organize a good event. Salvó has explained to the pupils of first course of the Degree in Tourism, basic concepts, methodologies and many cases in which the protocol has served to develop successfully an event. He has offered in detail explanations of how his department organizes the Shareholders’ General Meeting and has given advices that every good professional of the tourist sector would have to keep in mind when he wants to organize any event. At the end of the presentation a question-and-answer session has been opened and Sergi Salvó has been useful to remember recommendations and good practices that are been produced in the hotels, as for example, the organization the organization of the flags of the entry of the establishment.
