Tourism motivations of Taiwan’s millennials and centennials

New academic article on the tourism motivations of millennials and centennials in Taiwan, carried out in collaboration between two EUM professors and two researchers from the Business Department, former students of the Double Degree in Tourism and Marketing.

The academic publication Ara, Journal of Tourism Research has published in its issue 13(1) (October 2023) the article entitled “Tourism motivations of millennials and centennials in Taiwan. The case of Taichung City” (https://revistes.ub.edu/index.php/ara/article/view/43500), written by Professor Dr. Óscar Gutiérrez Aragón, Professor Dr. Ariadna Gassiot Melian and the researchers of the Business Department Meritxell López-Corbillón and Maria-Altynshash Sánchez-Giménez, former students of the Double Degree in Tourism and Marketing at EUM.

The main objective of the research carried out is the in-depth analysis of the motivations that lead Taiwanese millennials and centennials to travel. Trying to determine and understand the tourist profile of young Taiwanese, confronting it from a Western approach.
