PRESENTATION IN EU MEDITERRANI OF THE EXPERT IN RELATIONS AND LEADERSHIP ELENA SORRIBES

On February 26, ELENA SORRIBES made a presentation at EU Mediterrani that has been of great interest to our academic community. This Professor is the coordinator of the Master’s in Self-Leadership, Group Conduction and the Expert Course in Advances in Leadership Skills at the UB. In addition, she is also a specialist in the analysis and diagnosis of group processes. The objective of the presentation is to work with HR students (groups of Dr. Gaspar Berbel from EU Mediterrani) relationship-leadership styles, based on participatory dynamics where students learn to determine their leadership profile, the dominant one, to identify them and to know the strengths and weaknesses of each one. Elena Sorribes will repeat on March 16 and 26 (in the morning and afternoon groups respectively).
