Outgoing Visiting Professors (Teaching Staff Mobility)

This section outlines the main steps required to organise an international teaching mobility for academic staff. Please follow each stage carefully to ensure that your mobility is properly approved and fully recognised by EUM.

Key stages include:

  • Initial contact with the host university to agree on teaching dates, workload, and academic content
  • Submission of the staff mobility application form
  • Receipt of an official invitation letter from the host institution
  • Completion and signature of the Mobility Agreement prior to departure
  • Delivery of the teaching activity abroad
  • Issuance of a Certificate of Attendance by the host university
  • Submission of all required supporting documents, including original travel documents

These steps ensure academic coherence, administrative compliance, and institutional recognition of the mobility.

Incoming Visiting Professors

Our institution is firmly committed to international academic cooperation and actively welcomes incoming visiting professors from partner universities worldwide.

We support incoming mobility through a wide range of international programmes, Erasmus+ initiatives, and bilateral or multilateral agreements. Hosting visiting professors is a key component of our internationalisation strategy and reflects our long-term commitment to academic exchange, diversity, and excellence in teaching and research.

Visiting professors play an essential role in enriching our academic community by bringing new perspectives, expertise, and intercultural experiences to our students and staff.

Faculty members interested in undertaking a teaching or academic visit at our institution are invited to contact our international mobility team to explore opportunities and practical arrangements.
