On Tuesday October 18 was the day chosen for students of Gastronomy and Enology 4th year Bachelor in Tourism in EU Mediterrani to visit the Chocolate Museum in Barcelona. On this visit they could know the history of this product, the artistic tradition of working with chocolate, the memory of culture and artisanal values of Catalan pastry, and simultaneously, the students could also visit the Pastry School of Barcelona.
